Orders & Production

-Are your items made in advance or made to order?

Every item is made to order just for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which means your piece is printed fresh when your order comes in.

-How long does it take before my order ships?

Orders are produced and shipped within 1 to 5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

-Do you add new designs often?

New items are added every week, so there's always something fresh to browse. Check back often so you don't miss a drop.

Shipping

-How long does shipping take after my order leaves the shop?

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. From order to doorstep, you can generally expect your item within 4 to 10 days total depending on location.

-Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Customization & Custom Orders

-Can I personalize an item with my own name, date, or text?

Personalization is available on many designs. Just reach out through the contact form before ordering and let us know what you have in mind.

-Can I get a design on a different shirt or sweatshirt brand?

Yes. Any design in the shop can be placed on a different brand or style of tee or sweatshirt. Use the contact form to tell us which design you want and which garment you'd prefer, and we'll take it from there.

-What garment brands do you carry?

Our shop features Comfort Colors and Bella Canvas t-shirts and Gildan sweatshirt. If you have a specific brand or style in mind, reach out via the contact form and we'll let you know what we can do.
